Hi! I'm new to this forum. If you could help me, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I have some questions on making pie charts in Excel:

1) How do you get sections (from "format data point) of the pie chart to undergo point explosion together, and not separately? I do not want the sections to be spaced apart from one another after point explosion.

2) How do you categorize several sections (or data points) under one title (for example, if you have cotton production by province, and one province makes much more than the others, how would you group all other provinces under the title "Other Provinces" in the Legend?)

3) How do you add up the totals of sections, and then make notes on the side (without inserting a text-box)? For example, I want to add up the totals for cotton in all other provinces without having to go back to my spreadsheet, calculate the total, copy that total, and then insert it into a text-box. It's also a bit annoying to make arcs and lines denoting all other provinces.
