Pivot table sum value incorrect

First off...thanks in advance for any assistance. I have used this forum extensively in trouble shooting problems. I have a problem that I cannot get my head around, mostly because it seems so simple.

I am generating a pivot table from an imported table. I am summing values based on week numbers for three individuals. The first 2 columns are summing correctly. All of the data is from the same file, same format, etc.

The third individual is not summing correctly. The sum of the data range when I open the show details window is correct.

I don't know what is happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The file is uploaded. The tab is productivity...and the column is AG.

Why does that time format work and the other time format does not?

To get the sum of hours over than 24, format Sum of Rec.Cycle Time to [h]:mm:ss
