Question Rolling average based on Today()

    Hi there,

I'm having a bit of a problem finding out how to calculate a rolling average based on a moving set of data (date).
I am trying to find todays date (week start ideally) in Column A then count up 6 number of weeks in Column B thus giving me a moving 6 week average.

Icing on the cake would be to have it weighted against Column C but that is a 'nice to have'. I would have attached a sample .xlsx but I can't upload from work.

I've tried sumproduct with nested offset but to no avail - am now stuck.

    A B C
    1 Date Sick % Staff
    2 19/12/11 3.7% 40
    3 26/12/11 4.8% 44
    4 02/01/12 2.7% 40
    5 09/01/12 5.3% 38
    6 16/01/12 6.7% 35

    Thanks for your time,

    C
