Extracting data from a pivot table into rows

Hi

Is there a way I can extract data from a pivot table into rows automatically.

I have 10 drivers delivering to 15 locations. I would like for the drop sequence in one row and the corresponding locations by driver in rows underneath the drop sequence.

The problem I’m having is that pivot has gaps in it if the driver has more than one drop .I have attached a small sample of what I would like to happen if it can.

Any help would grateful

You can do this with an array formula without needing the pivot table (very difficult for me but I'm sure someone else here can do it for you).

I've attached an example doing it directly in the pivot table but it falls foul of various Excel 2003 conditional formatting limitations so might be no good for you I'm afraid.

Thanks for taking the time out; unfortunately the information is present in a pivot table and with a lot more data than in the example which changes daily.

The plan is to present the drivers sequence of drops in rows quick and without too much input from others. Conditional formatting may take too long.

But I’ve learnt and little bit more about conditional formatting, nice work
