Excel 2007 : How to match values in multiple columns

I have two columns that need to be match. In COlumn A I have duplicate values and in column B i have appropriate areas assigned to each entry. What I want to figure out is if my duplicate values have the same areas assigned or not. Any help would be valued.

You can try a third column with formula like:

=COUNTIF(A:A,A2)=COUNTIFS(A:A,A2,B:B,B2)

copied down

This should return TRUE if the number of entries in column A equals the number of combined column A and column B entries.

If FALSE is returned, then the duplicate A values don't all have same corresponding B value.
