How to make a checkbox show a value when clicked and show all when unclicked

I have a data base of workers with different languages. How do I assign a check box to auto filter to show only the workers with the language I want to see. For example, I would like to click the check box "Spanish" to only show the Spanish speaking workers. Then when I unclick the check box, I need it to show all the workers.

    Thanks

Ok..... I believe you need to post a sample file to show us the data arrangement. Thanks.
