Greyed Out: Delete Sheet and Rename Sheet when right clicking on sheet name????

Problem:
On every single excel file I own...
When right clicking on sheet name -> both delete and rename are greyed out.
Under edit menu -> Cut, copy, and paste special are greyed out.

Possible Solutions I have tried:
Worksheet is not protected.
Workbook is not protected.
I tried copying the sheets to a new book and it still doesn't work.

Solution, but not really:
While in Excel in Safe mode everything works. This made me believe that it was a macro. I removed all add ins and macros and the problem still exists.

Oh yes another thing. After I completed all my work in a workbook and saved it in two different locations. The work was missing next time I opened it.

Please Help!

If you uninstall the add-in, does the error go away? If so, you will need to talk to your IT people to get the error fixed. I suspect your original problem was an error in your .xlb toolbar file.
