Need help on how to lookup values that duplicate

I posted this query yesterday, someone responded, but I oddly can't seem to find the post. I need to followup because I am having a problem when I add new columns. The best way to explain the issue is to look at the attached file. I have data in column format that I want to report on separate rows in ascending order - I have problems with the duplicates. Thank you.

Re: Need help on how to lookup values that duplicate

Charlie: thanks. but I'm looking for a way where the spreadsheet tells me the name based on the score. It works using OFFSET/MATCH until I have duplicate scores. I will be inserting new columns with data every so often, so I'm looking for a way to have a list updated dynamically.

DILIPandey: Thanks. I am going to go back to that first post. When I look at my prior posts, these don't show up. Perhaps it takes a week or so for this site to archive past posts.
