Excel Formula to calculate 90 days after hire date & Add Initial Pay Rate

    Hi everyone,
I am recurring to you guys again for your help. I am trying to find a formula which adds 90 to a hire date. I am using

which gives me a new date after hire date. I don't know if this is correct. Also, I need another formula to add the Initial Pay Rate plus 90 days increase. I would greatly appreciate if there is another formula that can point to A2 (new hire) and if this employee is a new employee, than fill the rest E2 and H2. See attachment for better detais.
Again, Thank you for your help and knowledge.

Thank you Fotis for your quick response. However, where to I put =IF(A2="new hire";D2+90;"")
I placed it in E2 or H2 but I am getting an error: the formula that you typed contains an error. Should this formula contain commas and not semicolons?

Re: Excel Formula to calculate 90 days after hire date & Add Initial Pay Rate

Excellent, Now what I did is to add =F2+G2 in H2 to come up with Pay rate after 90 day. That solved my problem. However is there a formula that I can put in which warns me 5 days before an employee reaches his\her 90 days?
    Greatly appreciate

Re: Excel Formula to calculate 90 days after hire date & Add Initial Pay Rate

Guys, I just want to let you know that Fotis1991 and Charlie Howell's responses have helped me a lot on what I want to accomplish. However, I am working on adding more conditions in order to accomplish what I need from these formulas. Please be patient with me. By the way Fotis, here in Argentina is Monday the 30th and it's 11:57 pm.
Again, thank you very much. I'll get back to you tomorrow.
