Extract Row and Column Information for Non-Zero Table Entries

I need to extract row and column information from a table for all non-zero entries. The enclosed spreadsheet provides an input table, some intermediate results (for which I was able to develop formulas), and manually entered "desired output".

It would be ideal to compute the desired output information without using the intermediate results (although if that is impossible then using the intermediate results to produce [some or all of] the desired outputs would be perfectly acceptable).

The search through the table should be like an English reader would read words on a page.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks, Dell.

    Try this.

In I4 enter formula for cumulative count of matches:

Please Login or Register to view this content.
    copied down

Then in M4 to get the Line headers:

Please Login or Register to view this content.
confirmed with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER and not just ENTER and copied down

    in N4 for column headers:

Please Login or Register to view this content.
confirmed with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER and not just ENTER and copied down

No need for Intermediate columns J and K....
