    COUNTIFS and why wont it work!?

    OK so i am trying to have a spreadsheet searched to find all of the entries under a particular string to be counted if the date is greater than a year...

    here is the formula that no matter how i rewrite it, excel refuses to accept...

    Can you Help?

    =COUNTIFS($B$4:$B$1504,"C3467",$G$4:$G$1504, ">&Today()-365")

    What is wrong here?

    Thanks

    Try:

    =COUNTIFS($B$4:$B$1504,"C3467",$G$4:$G$1504, ">"&Today()-365)
