Excel 2010 Conditional Formatting of Text

Hello
How do you conditional format two words with the same first letter?
The two words that I want to format are "No" and "N/A. If someone types "No" in to my spreadsheet I want the cell to turn red with black font and if someone types "N/A" I want the cell to stay white with black lettering.
I keep on getting a red cell with black lettering no matter if I type No or N/A.

Any solutions or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
