Formatting a data table that displays multiple results in one cell

I am using a data table to calculate and display the result of multiple formulas. I just do not know how the format the result.

The reference cell of the data table links to two formulas using the formula =J20&"/"&J21.

That formula is than run through the data table and displays the result of both formulas. I need to format result one as a % and result two as a $. As of now the result looks like this
    0.251329463720322/2.60201520561843

    Any one have any idea?

    Like so:

    =TEXT(J20,"0%") & "/"& TEXT(J21, "$0.00")
