Sort Vertical data in the form of rows - Transpose will not work

I have raw data which is the form of a dump. I need to sort the data for a presentation at the earliest. I am stuck with this data dump.
Reasons:
1. The details of the person is one below the other.
2. The no of fields can vary: Eg: One person would have worked in 10 companies and another person would have worked in 1 Company.
3. Education details is one below the other. Name of the institute, Qualification (Next line), Specialisation(Next line).... Followed by the next education institute,
4. Skills: One below the other.

I have to create a pivot table with the following variables
Name Position company/ individual Qualification Interest Exp years Industry Specialisation University Country. Please help.
