    Question Utility Calculator

I'm trying to have totals auto calculate based on formulas so that I can quickly find out how much each person owes, but I'm stuck in understanding how to format this when we are not splitting it equally due to non-use.

    Re: Utility Calculator

Add up the total days present, 27 + 29 + 29, and divide that into the total cost for a daily tariff. Then the first person pays 27 x the daily tariff and the others pay 29 x the dily tariff.

    Re: Utility Calculator

Great, thanks. How would I include that in the Excel sheet to auto calculate that? Is there something you would be willing to edit and reattach so I could understand clearer? Any help is appreciated.
