Excel 2007 : Need help with downtime form

Ok I'm not very bright with Excel so here is my quandary...

In this spreadsheet I am trying to capture all of my equipment downtime at my plant. Some of the formulas have been very easy, however capturing the top three downtimes for the line has been much more difficult.

So then I want to put the description for each of the top three downtimes in the cells that correspond in column C, this is what I have so far...

How do I get it to follow the same pattern down the columns? Say my highest number was actually in G11 and it should say "steak transfer conveyor"?

Anyways, I appreciate the help in advance...
