Understanding SUMPRODUCT for a Problem

Hi,

I am stumped on a problem I am trying to solve with coming up with a formula. I am thinking it is a SUMPRODUCT formula, althought i might be wrong.

I am trying to roll up the total flavours for each specific ingredient in the last column shown in the image, by multiplying the items bought by the mix percentage respective to each item, and then totaling them for all items for the flavor.

I would really appreciate any insight and help on this.

Thanks bebo that works, however, I was wondering if that it is the only work around, because if i were to add more items, i would have to adjust the formula a few times.
