Excel 2007 : Points System If Function

I'm trying to create a score. I've got 5 criteria worth 20 points each on a sliding scale. 0-1000 = 5 points, 1001-5000=10 points, 5001-10000=15 points, 10001+ = 20 points.

I'm lost. Please help.

=LOOKUP(A1,{0,1000,5000,10000},{5,10,15,20})
