    Combining Records Question

    Hi everyone,

I have an Excel spreadsheet with Columns A-F in use. In order the columns are used for:

SSN, FNAME, LNAME, CITY, STATE, ZIP

SSN serves as a "primary key" of sorts, but there might be two rows with the same SSN. For example:

12345, John, Doe, Null, Null, Null
12345, Null, Null, Chicago, IL, 60513

Is there any way for Excel to merge these two records into 1 and delete the unnecessary row? The list is about 1,000 rows long.

    Thanks!!!

    Re: Combining Records Question

It will be good if you provide a little bigger sample. How about attaching an excel file with atleast 6-10 records?
