Pivot Table - Multiple Date Columns

I have what would appear to be a simple problem that has been confounding me for days. I have exported a .csv from our sales database that displays all transactions for a given time period down to the individual product level. All transactions are date and time stamped and this is included in the export. I would like to set up a Pivot Table that shows the product as the Row Label and the date as the Column Header. However, I would like to see how the individual products are trending. Based on this I would like multiple date columns such as yesterday, week to date, 2 weeks, month to date, etc that would then output the sales values corresponding to the product in the row. This really seems and sounds easy but I have yet to be able to figure it out. Any help would be very, very, very much appreciated.

It would be good if you attach some sample data along with your pivot.

Sorry, should have thought of that last night. This is a small sample of the data with the Pivot Table in rough form. I would like it if the date columns could be grouped into multiple groupings. For example, one column would show sales for the last 2 days, another column for the last week, another column for the past month, etc.

    Thanks for your help!Transaction Sample.xlsx
