Blank Cells to be filled up

    Attached file.

Want the cell that has a value (in Column B), that same value to be filled up in all the blank cells below that value until the next cell value comes and then the next cell value also to be filled up like this.

I have a huge sheet (thousands). Please help with the given example.

-Select B3 down to the area you want to fill
    -Press F5...Special...Blanks
-Press = and then the up cursor arrow
    -Confirm with Ctrl+Enter
-Select the whole area again and Copy...Paste Special...Values

Use helper column C to display. Copy and past value back to column B if needed.

    In C3:

    =IF(B3="",C2,B3)

    Copy down.

When I originally replied I thought you meant fill upwards. I then realised you probably didn't and edited my reply above so try what it says now.
