IF/AND formula to display numbers and text

Hi,

I have come up with an IF/AND formula to determine the number of days or week vacation an employee is entitled to. My problem is that I can't figure out how to make the formula show the text that is included in the 'days' cells (otherwise you can tell the difference between days and weeks)

Workbook attached - I want column "C" to show the word 'days' beside the number if aplicable, as it is pulled from another column via the IF statement.
