    Help with If statement

    Hi, I need a formula in cell P14 that says,

    If o14 is blankthen leave P14 blank, otherwise do N14+o14

    any help would be great.

    The statement I put in was

    =IF(O14="","",N14-O14)

    Which does normally work, but in o14 I have the fomrula sum aboive 3 rows, and even though the answer blank, having this formula in the cell seems to make the abobve formula not work

    =IF(O14="","",N14-O14)


    Your formula, although is right in principal, may not work as "o14" may contain a formula and therefor may not be considered a blank - just a theory, feel free to debate it.
