Transposing Columns in row

Dear Seniors and all Forum members,

I am working on a big database, where I have to transpose the columns into rows but with a series.

Suppose: Series is 1 to 10 as shown in dummy file.

1 to 5 column, I need in first row e1 to i1
6 to 10 column, I need in second row e2 to i2

This is i want to do automatically, because copy pasting can be done, but will take lot of time to manage.
