Linking the last row in two workbooks

Hi,

I'm looking for a formula that will take the data from the last row of "workbook A" and put it into "Workbook B." The last row in "Workbook A" will always be changing as data is entered.

Is there a way to do this? Or would I need a Marco to complete this task ?

Here are two sample workbooks.

I need the last row from column "C" in "Disciplinetracker" to populate in "F3" of "ALLTracker"
