Excel 2003 - script to extract specific data from Tabs to create "Status" report

I need to create a auto-refreshing status report based on dates in specific columns of specific tabs. In the working file, there are over 50 tabs. The attachment here was created as an example of the format of the tabs and location of pertinent information.

On the status tab, I am trying to populate the sheet with any tasks that are past a due date, or due within 10 days of today's date as listed in the tabs.

Any insight would be most appreciated.
