Ready Time, Start Time, Finish Time by user

    Hi,

I need some fast help. I am working on creating some sort of chart to show when a specific user goes over an alloted time for a procedure. I have been asked to show the readytime (when the procedure was ready to begin, the actualy time the procedure was started and the acutal time the procedure was finished. The alloted time for each procedure is 1 hours - they are looking to see which users are going over the alloted time.

    HELP PLEASE!:

Not sure on your requirement, it would be better to attach a sample on what you want to do.
    but maybe this could help

Please always attach the sample workbook without sensitive information when asking for help

    To add a module
Press Alt + F11 (this is the Visual Basic Environment)
    Insert Menu, select Module
    Past code there
    Close Visual Basic Environment (X)

    Hi,

Not sure what those codes mean. Basically there are 5 people who have to do certain procedures on a given day. Each procedure should only take them 1 hour in length. Exampley: John Smith: on January 16, John Smith had to complete a "procedure". All the resouces required for the procedure where ready for 1550 (military time - this is the ready time), John Smith didn't actually start (start time) the procedure unil 1600 (military time) and ended the procedure (end time) at 1705 (military time). what is the best graph/chart to present this data?
