Display an image based on a dropdown list selection with no macro/vba

Hey guys, i'm trying to replicate the instructions shown here

    http://www.excelforum.com/excel-gene...lls-value.html

but I can't get the image to show up, the instructions are not very clear.

Can you guys help me to display an image based on a dropdown list selection with no macro/vba?

    Thanks

See the attachment for my actual work sheet.

I want a drop down in A9 in "Calendrier" that allows the user to select elements from a list found in the A column in the "Émissions" sheet
Once that selection is done, I want the image found the B column of the "Émissions" sheet to appear next to it in "B9" in "Calendrier"

See attachment, to see how this works:
Select the picture in Calendrier B9, and check the formulabar, you'll see "=pict"
To get this in place, insert any picture/icon in B9 and with the picture selected click in the formulabar >> type "=pict"
Then press ctrl+F3 and check the Names ( "pict" being one of them) and their "refers to" formulas.
