    Supplier Wise month wise totaling

    Dear Sirs,

    I m in need of a formula which helps me to get monthly total by Supplier wise. Details are as below:

    I have a Work Sheet where i have data of supplier invoices received like...

    Supp. Cod Name PO No Invoice No date Qty Invoice Amount

    I have another Sheet where i want the summarize data in that sheet ...

    Supplier Code Supplier name Jan-12 Feb-12 Like...
    a aaaa 100 200
    b bbbb 75 125
    c cccc 125 86
    d dddd 250 125

    Common field is Supplier Code in Both Sheets based on that i want get the month total for each supplier for monthly

    You can use SUMIFS.

    I can't make sense of your layout but if you have a properly designed table them a PivotTable grouped by months will be ideal
