How to hyperlink to a another sheet

I have to workbooks, [Workbook1] and [Workbook2]. If possible what I want to do is create a hyperlink in cell A2 (or B2 if needed) of [Workbook1]Sheet1! to the corresponding value of A2 in [Workbook2]Sheet1!A:A. Column A in Sheet1 of both workbooks contain the same values. Workbook2 contains multiple instances of the same value so I want to do a lookup in that workbook to find the corresponding value from workbook1.

I tried doing this but it looks like it simply took the value from workbook2 and placed it in workbook1. I think I want to do a match function within the hyperlink to reference A2 from workbook1 to the corresponding cell from workbook2 A:A.
