    Difference between two time stamps

    My goal is to be able to determine how long a process took. I'll have a start time and an end time. Now I need to determine the difference and then the average per hour.

    C2= Number of widgets to produce
    D2= start time
    E2= finish time
    F2= time spent
    G2= Averages wigets per hour

    any help many thinks.

    Re: How can I cal the difference between two time stamps?

    Subtract start time from end time.

    Re: How can I cal the difference between two time stamps?

    I wish it was that easy, but maybe I'm that dumb. Start time 12:47 end time 3:30 returns ###### which says "Dates and Times that are negative or too large displays as #####". Well the light bulb just came on. Changed format to time. DA.... Thanks....

    Does DA mean what I think it means?
