Can we refresh a hiding sheet?

I have a dashboard and the prepared data is saved in a analysis sheet, I hide this sheet so nobody can modify it but then I got this problem, that is the Analysis sheet need to be refresh (I have pivot table in it). And this can’t be done if the sheet is hiding.



1. How can I hide this sheet and still able to refresh it?

2. Is there any way to refresh automatically?
