Find exact match in two collumn. Please help

Hello!

I have to compare what I have on my order sheet against the new actual order needed. I usually highlight the current order needed in yellow, then added it to my order sheet. After that I sort it by item numer and compare. Sometimes, I may have over 300 lines to compare and takes too much time. I need to find exact duplicate in both collumn (Item# and Quantiy), then highlight cell Cs when they are exact match. This way I only need to check the one that are not highlighted.

How do I accomplish this? Your advise is greatly appreciated. Please see attached sample file.

2/. Conditional Formatting > Formula is:=

This is dynamic so Column A can have any amount of rows.

This is for 2003 as your profile states.

Your file is 2007 or above, in which case you could use COUNTIFS()
