I am waiting for your response friends
It's not really clear what you are after. Can you provide a more detailed explanation and a before/ after sheet?

Actually, there are more than 3000 rows...
having State/Manager/HQ/Product wise details in rows..
the sheet I have attached is the showing the Filtered VIEW.
What I want that the final report will see like this..only with the Total of the HQs (Head Quarters).
But if I like to see the product wise sale details I will click on the SEE PRODUCT DETAILS cell of each HQ, and it will show the Product base rows for that head qtr only.
Is there are any macro or formula, or vb...to do this?
Maybe something like this. I used groups to show/hide the rows with details.
YES THAT IS THE WAY I AM LOOKING FOR,
IS IT CAN BE DONE THROUGH ANY MACRO OR vb PROGRAMING...THAT CLICKING ON 'SEE PRODUCT DETAILS' CELL IT WILL GIVE THE SAME RESULT?
You can do it as part of a macro if you want, but you can also do manually like I did it. I don't have Excel 2007 so I won't be able to walk you through it, but generally you highlight all the row you want grouped and under the Data tab you click on Group. Here is a step by step description (http://www.exceltip.com/st/Add_Group...2007/1421.html).

Thanks for your response, my concern is partly solved now.
If any body can suggest me any programming for this I will be thankful.

have a look at this thread or you can just record a macro and tidy up the programming in the end.
I see the code...But not getting how to apply this?
