    Wink Graphs and value intervals?

Hi everybody! First post here since i am approaching to the Excel world for the first time ever!!

I have a question regarding graphs in EXCEL 2010.
The graphs based on my set of data shows the value point in the middle of the interval and NOT at the end of the interval as we are used to from school.

Since my boss is also OLD SCHOOL and he doesn't stand this perspective change, do you have any advice on how to shift the graph in order to have the value point to match the end of the interval??

Thank you very very much for your incoming answers!!!

    God bless,
    Marco

    HI

i think i understand your question apologies if not.

if your intervals are not correct it could be that Excel is assuming your data is missing some intervals.

    Try this
Right click on the x axis
    Select Format axis option
On the Axis Options menu change the Axis Type from Automatically select based on data to Text axis
Your graph will now look less ‘gappy’ as the interval is now assumed as text
