Excel 2007 : Creating a graph within Cells

Hi,
I need to create a periodised plan which looks something like this:

I understand how to do everything on it, for example merging and adding extra parts but what I don't get is how I create the line and bar graphs within the cells. I obviously would know how to create a normal graph seperately but thats not what I need, it has to look something like that one but different figures. Can anyone help?
