Complex Copy and Paste Function

So I have one workbook with 170 names listed in them in column A. In column B I need to input how many hours they viewed a document that is contained in another workbook. This second workbook only has at most 40 of the names listed at a time that the master lists contain. Instead of manually matching the data is there a way to get excel to look into another document for the same name in a certain column and the copy the data in an assigned column? Thanks for the help! If I have to do it manually, I am going to have to do it about 10,000x...

So for example I need to take the "minutes viewed" in column D for baluh_1 in attachment named pic2 and match it with baluh_1 in attachment pic1. It has to go in column Q row 7.
