Clicking hyperlink (to other workbook) resizes window. How to stop this?

Everytime I click a hyperlink to another workbook, the window will resize and move somewhere on my desktop. How do I stop this from happening?

Do you have a personal.xls file?
    I do.
I use xl'10 at work and every time I open a workbook it is opened in "restore down".
After researching your question, it would apear that if you have a personal.xls workbook, (that is the hidden workbook that you use for personal macros), when you open an XL workbook the workbook does not open maximized!
I have not confirmed this and I do not intend on deleating my personal.xls so I will not know if this is the case.
There are some suggestions that you put an additional code into your personal workbook that will maximize the workbook being opened.
Why would we have to do that? Any other files we open comes up maximized!
