Button Issues

I am trying to log into my email provider, compose an email and attach two things. I have done this successfully in NT, but Windows 7 is not working . File names will get cut off, it is almost like Windows 7 is processing too fast. I have added timers in the macros, but it will come starts too early no matter where i place it, i have tried pulling various blank cells to slow it down, but it will not work. Any suggestions?
