Trying to write a Count If macro for a football qualit control sheet

I am trying to write a count if macro - at least I think it is a count if. In the attached worksheet, I want to know how many times I ran a play (column N) If the play made 4 yards (column O) it is an efficient play. I want a button that will run a macro and give me the following information: total all the plays in each group of column N (222 wedge, 330 power etc) then display something like this: 222 wedge - 10 plays out of 50 total plays = 20% 5 out of 10 plays efficient = 50 % 5 plays out of 50 total plays = 10% efficiency.

Or something like that. Is there any help for me or am I asking for the moon and stars? I hope this is an easy fix. Thanks for any help you may be able to provide.
