I've attached a snippet of what I'm working on. It's a huge project and I'm hoping someone can help me find a shortcut.
Take a look at T:T. I need cells in that column to show the sum or count of E:E (they should be the same thing) for a given date. In other words, I'm looking for the answer to the question: What is the total number of patients (E) seen on 1/3/11, 1/4/11, etc. (A). I want this number to be in one cell. I'll also need to know how to do the same thing for total Medicaid cases on a given day. (Then I'll need to do by office, by provider, but one thing at a time!) This project shows this sort of data for every business day in a year. Last year I manually highlighted the areas I needed to count/sum, but I'd really like to avoid that this time around.
