Smile How to record a changing cell

I know this has probably been posted before but I have tried searching for hours to no avail.

I have a live feed of the Dow Jones in a cell that refreshes every ten minutes (just through MSN money).

I am trying (on another sheet) to record each time the cell changes i.e. I could have the time down the left hand column and as the day goes by, it would put the value in and then move down to the next cell.

Any help would be much appreciated and thank you so much in advance.

I have attached a workbook with the MSN money plugged in and the sheet to produce the results.

    trialbook.xlsx

That was really useful! Thanks very much! Would you know how to record the time in the adjacent column though, everytime that a change is recorded? i,e, data changing in column B and date being stamped in column A?
