Calculate Totals weekly and Monthly from daily Figures

Hi

I needed some help with a production spreadsheet that it updated daily. I need to extract weekly totals (mon - Sun) from each worksheet (production, despatch; returns and transferred to a weekly sheet and weekly consolidated into Montly:

Here is monthly until I figure out weekly (since it's not consistent... 5.3. might be week 1 in one year while week 2 in other)
