how to insert scrollbar to scroll through days of the year on a sheet

Hi, I want to display dates in cells N1:Z1. I want to be able to change the dates through a scrollbar. So, if the scrollbar is pressed right, the dates will increase going forward in the year and vice versa if the scrollbar is pressed left. This is drawn in the attached figure. Can someone help me figure out how to implement this? I will appreciate the help.
