Until now I have never had a reason to post anything, everything was possible to find in already solved posts.

PROBLEM
I want to find similar words, with only specifying either amount of letters that are similar or a percentage that the words are similar.
BACKGROUND
I am learning Dutch language, and in Dutch they love to connect the words, to make a new meaning. I want to link all the words with the same root, for easier understanding.

I might get in trouble for this but if you're using Excel 2003 you are limited with your options so pop over to MrExcel and have a look at the Hall of Fame at Alan's UDFs for the Fuzzy Match.
