How to move multiple rows to columns

Forum members I have a document that is about 8000 rows. It looks like when they imported it they put some of the individual data on the next rows down instead of all in the same rows. This pattern repeats itself for every individual in the document. I am trying to find out if there is a way to quickly move that data without having to cut and paste over and over again. I am attaching a sample of the document Sheet one shows how the document looks now and Sheet two shows how I would like the document to look. Excel Test.xls This is my first time posting here so hopefully the attachment worked. If not i'll take some screen shots to add in.

    Thanks in Advance

you could add a set of rows to the right and reference the data in the correct order, then afterwords filter out the blanks. sample attached
