Sparklines with Minimum and Maximum values displayed

I am new to creating sparklines and I would like to replicate a format that someone pasted into a Word document, which I've attached to this thread. Creating a simple line chart is easy enough, but I would like to have the accompanying minimum and maximum values next to the line. Does anybody know how this was done? I tried looking at the data at its source, but as you'll note, the Excel worksheet with the original data is not very illuminating.

That is not a sparkline - it's just a very small chart.
