Change a drop down options in one cell based on the selection of another cell

Is there a way to have different drop down options based on the entry in another cell?
I am trying to create an inventory list and based on the manufacturer of the product (selected in a drop down in one cell), I want the different models of the manufacturer to show up as a drop down in another cell. Thanks!
