    Freezing colums and rows

    Hi all,

I know how to freeze columns and rows but, is there a way of Freezing Column A & B and Rows 1 & 2 all at the same time.

At the moment when I scroll to the right Row 1 also scrolls but I want it to stay where it is but Row 2 to still scroll to the right.

I hope I have made sence.

Go to C3, than Window/Freeze Panes!

Yes I know how to freeze panes that way, but that does not stop the top row from moving when I scroll to the right.

Basically the very top row will have command buttons in it so must be visible at all times, the 2nd row has the headers and must be visibles when scrolling down but not when scrolling right.

This is a correct way to do it. There is no other way in excel apart this click C3 then Window/Freeze Panes!
