Pivot Table Queries: Using multiple sources and cumulative running totals

    Hi,

I'd like to create a pivot table where I pull the data from two sources but i'm struggling on two fronts. Firstly i've never produced a pivot table from multiple sources and i'm struggling to lay it out how i'd like (using pivot table wizard). Also i'd like to cumulatively sum the data by quarter (row) and input date (column) but I can only figure out how to do one or the other? The attached document is an example or what i'm faced with. I've combined the data from the two sources on to a separate tab and produced a pivot table from that. I've then replicated it to the right and used formulas to show how I would like my pivot table to look.

    Thanks in advance,

Re: Pivot Table Queries: Using multiple sources and cumulative running totals

Me again, I think i've managed to work around the multiple sources problem but i'd be grateful if someone could solve the cumulative running totals query. Is it possible to have cumulative running totals both vertically and horizontally in the same pivot? If not what is the best way to work around this?

    Thanks,

    Snook
